Low & High Voltage Winding
High and low voltage winding insulation materials is used Nomex® and many times by VPI vacuum pressure impregnation equipment, advanced agent-free varnish, external high-intensity H class insulation seal and high temperature curing operating condition to ensure that no local discharges.

Winding Mechanical Strength
The winding mechanical strength and thermal conditions are good (high and low voltage coils are used above 390ºF in long-term use of Nomex® insulation). It avoids multi-layer cylindrical high coil voltage. poor heat dissipation, easy to thermal breakdown and shortcomings of low mechanical strength, thereby improving product reliability.
